Used Ping golf clubs
1959–present · Phoenix, Arizona
Ping was founded in 1959 by Karsten Solheim, a General Electric engineer who made the 1A putter in his Redwood City, California, garage and named it after the sound it made at impact. The Anser putter followed in 1966. The company is still led by the Solheim family from its campus in Phoenix, Arizona. Used buyers meet the G-series drivers (G410, G425, G430 and G440), G-series, i-series and Blueprint irons, Glide and s159 wedges and Anser-style putters. Practical note: Ping irons carry a colored dot that shows the lie angle they were built to. Ping's color code chart has 10 codes, from 5 degrees upright to 4 degrees flat, so check that a used set's dot matches your spec or plan to have the lie adjusted.
