Used Cleveland golf clubs
1979–present · Huntington Beach, California
Cleveland Golf was founded by Roger Cleveland in 1979 as Cleveland Classics, making replicas of classic clubs. Skis Rossignol bought it in 1990 and renamed it Cleveland Golf. It is now owned by SRI Sports, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, the group that also makes Srixon, and is based in Huntington Beach, California. Used buyers mostly meet its wedges: RTX models such as the RTX ZipCore and RTX 6 ZipCore, the CBX line and Smart Sole wedges. It also sells Launcher drivers and irons and HB Soft and Frontline putters. Practical note: wedges wear faster than any other club, because grooves lose their edges with play. Ask for a straight-on, well-lit face photo and compare the grooves in the hitting area with those near the toe.
