The first generation Inertia Generator driver — TaylorMade's pivot from M5/M6 to the asymmetric back-of-head tungsten weight that defines SIM, SIM2, and Stealth. Lower-spin, tour-shape biased vs the Max variant. Stock shaft was the Mitsubishi Diamana ZF or Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black.

What to verify before you buy
- Original Inertia Generator weight (16g) is sometimes swapped to a lighter aftermarket weight to change swing weight — verify the OEM weight stamping.
