The Titleist T100 is a forged, compact cavity-back iron for low-handicap players who want a blade-like look with some help on off-center strikes. It went on sale in August 2019 as the replacement for the AP2, alongside the T200 that replaced the AP3. This page covers the T100 nameplate across its 2019, 2021 and 2023 generations, because eBay titles often leave the year off and the heads look very similar. Every version pairs a forged cavity body with tungsten weighting in the heel and toe of the long irons, and lofts are traditional: the 2021 7-iron is 34°. The 2021 update reworked the sole and used denser tungsten. The 2023 version brazes its tungsten in place instead of gluing it, has fully CNC-milled faces, a softened trailing edge on the sole and a cleaner back bar carrying the Titleist logo. The 2025 T100 has lofts one degree stronger and is a newer generation, not what this page tracks. The original 2019 sets shipped with True Temper AMT Tour White steel or Mitsubishi Tensei White AM2 graphite. For a used buyer the generations play much alike, so condition, shaft and lie and length matter more than the year, but confirm the year anyway because it affects value.

Buying guide · Oct 4, 2026
About 94 T100 sets are listed, and most complete ones run $575–750 delivered. Titles mix the 2019, 2021 and 2023 generations, which play much alike, so count the clubs (4-PW is 7, 4-9 is 6) and compare price per club, and match the shaft flex to your swing, since most sets here are stiff or extra stiff. Confirm it's T100 and not T100S or a combo with T150 or T200 long irons, ask for the year when the title leaves it off, and check the short-iron faces for groove wear. Skip the two identical 2021 Project X listings from different sellers unless each can show its own set.
$421.45est. delivered
The lowest price on a full 4-PW set (7 clubs): a no-bid auction at about $421 delivered from a 100% seller, ending about 1h 22m after capture, so expect it to climb. The year isn't stated, the shafts are True Temper X100 extra stiff and it has Tour Velvet Midsize grips.

A 2021 4-PW set (7 clubs) with Project X 6.0 stiff steel for about $589 delivered (about $84 a club), from a 99.7% high-volume reseller near the bottom of the band. Stiff flex and a pitching wedge make it a more usable set than the cheaper 4-9 extra-stiff one.

The newest generation here, titled 2023 and MINT, as a full 4-PW set with AMT White S300 stiff steel for about $750 delivered from a 99.9% seller. Mint condition and a standard 4-PW makeup mean little to sort out beyond checking the lie and length suit you.

Grips, tape and solvent
Most used clubs arrive on the last owner's grips. If they are shiny, cracked or slick, regripping is the cheapest way to make a used club feel new. Match the grip size to your hands, not to what came off.
Groove brush and towel
Dirt packed in the grooves costs spin more than a little wear does. A stiff brush and a damp towel after each shot keep a used wedge or iron set playing at its best.
Impact tape
Stickers on the face show where you strike it. A few range sessions tell you whether the used head, loft and lie suit your swing while you can still resell it.
