The #2 is one of Odyssey's blade head shapes, and this page covers it across the White Hot lines rather than a single release. Odyssey introduced the White Hot putter line in 2000, built around a urethane face insert, and the original White Hot #2 was part of that range. Later White Hot Pro versions of the #2 kept the White Hot insert in a blade with 3 degrees of loft and a 70 degree lie, in 33, 34 and 35 inch lengths, for right- and left-handed players. In 2021 Odyssey brought back the original insert formulation as White Hot OG, with a silver PVD finish, adjustable sole weights and either a Stroke Lab or stepless steel shaft. The OG launch lineup that reviewers listed was #1, #1WS, #5, #7, #7S, Rossie, Rossie S and 2-Ball, with no #2, so a listing titled White Hot OG #2 needs a sole photo to show what it really is. The #2 suits a golfer who likes a traditional blade and soft insert feel. For a used buyer, these putters are inexpensive and plentiful, so condition of the insert and the shaft matters more than rarity.
