The lowest fixed price on a complete Rogue ST Max, but the spec is narrow. It's a 9° head with an unnamed extra-stiff shaft at 45.25 inches, so it suits fast swings only.
Callaway Rogue ST Max 9° Driver XS Flex 45.25"
If you fight a slice and want help on mishits, the Rogue ST Max is a solid used value. It's the most forgiving head in Callaway's 2022 Rogue ST driver family, where ST stands for Speed Tuned. Callaway called it the highest-MOI head in the line, with a slight draw bias, built for all levels of golfer, and it suits mid and high handicaps best. The family also included the draw-biased Rogue ST Max D, the lower-spin Rogue ST Max LS and the compact 450cc Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS, and it followed Callaway's Mavrik and Epic families. The key piece is the Tungsten Speed Cartridge, which sets about 26 grams of tungsten low and deep in a urethane housing to cut twisting. It also has a lighter Jailbreak Speed Frame behind the face and an A.I.-designed Flash Face, and a titanium unibody carries a triaxial carbon crown and sole. Lofts were 9, 10.5 and 12 degrees, all offered left- and right-handed, and the hosel moves loft 1 degree down or 2 up. Paradym replaced it in 2023, and Golf Monthly's comparison found the newer driver only slightly longer. That's what makes the Rogue ST Max good value used, as long as the listing isn't a Max D or Max LS.

Buying guide · Oct 4, 2026
Most players should start with the 12° head and regular EvenFlow Riptide 5.5 at $209 delivered, the friendliest spec here and near the bottom of the band. About 45 Rogue ST Max drivers are listed, and most complete ones ask $200–270 delivered. Confirm the sole reads Rogue ST Max and not Max D, Max LS or Triple Diamond LS, check around the rear tungsten weight for cracks, and ask about the hosel setting and the wrench. The stock shafts are the Tensei AV-XLINK Blue or White and the Project X Cypher 40. Japan-market Ventus 5 for Callaway builds are lighter than US stock and come with $50-plus shipping. Skip the 94.3% seller and the $348 ask, almost $80 over the band.

Torque wrench for your brand
Adjustable drivers, fairways and hybrids often sell without the wrench. You need one that fits your brand's screw and clicks at the right torque before you change loft or swap a weight.
Headcover
A wood without a headcover picks up crown chips from the irons in the bag. If the original cover is missing, any cover that fits the head size does the job.
Grips, tape and solvent
Most used clubs arrive on the last owner's grips. If they are shiny, cracked or slick, regripping is the cheapest way to make a used club feel new. Match the grip size to your hands, not to what came off.
Impact tape
Stickers on the face show where you strike it. A few range sessions tell you whether the used head, loft and lie suit your swing while you can still resell it.
